Michael Brehm, born 1980 in Germany, is Founder and Managing Director (CEO) of Rebate Networks. He studied Business and Economics in Germany, Mexico and China. Michael started his Internet career in 2006, when he joined the two founders of VZ Netzwerke. As Executive Director, he helped building up the company into Germany’s largest Social Network with more than 17 million users. After VZ Netzwerke’s acquisition by Holtzbrinck publishing group in 2007, Michael has invested in and helped to set up several leading Internet companies in Europe.

Stefan Glaenzer is founder of White Bear Yard, the Startup hub in London’s East End, and founding partner at Passion Capital LLP. He was named the best angel investor in Europe 2010/2011 by readers and editors of TechCrunch Europe, and was the first investor and executive chairman of Last.fm, seeing that company through to its sale to CBS in 2007. Prior to that Stefan was co-founder of Ricardo.de, one of the first European online auction sites, which he took public in 1999 before merging with QXL in 2000.
Thomas Baum, born 1971 in Germany, is Managing Director of Rebate Networks. He studied International Business and Management in Germany and France. Thomas started his Internet career in 2000 as CFO and Co-Founder of yousmile.de AG and Mentasys GmbH (bought by Lycos). From 2003 until 2008, he was CFO and Executive Board member of Joh GmbH & Co. KG, a medium sized department store and real-estate group. He then joined VZ Netzwerke, Germany’s largest Social Network as Executive Director and CFO.
